The majority of my 35-year career to-date has been spent in marketing and communications roles with multinational companies both in New Zealand and the UK.

Fifteen years ago, I decided to indulge my love of words and obsession for copy accuracy and consistency, and qualified as a Proofreader and Book Editor with the New Zealand Institute of Business Studies. Since then, I have been actively involved in the world of copy editing alongside my marketing roles, working with freelance writers and a major magazine publishing house in Auckland.
